Summary This position is for a Tender Manager as part of a project execution team providing tender packages for electrical equipment and systems such as MV & LV switchgear, transformers, busway, and substation automation. This person is responsible for the quality of solution offers, compliance to standards, and achieving the highest customer satisfaction. He/She should show initiative in leading the tender from early bid preparation, customer negotiation, and handover to the project manager. Effective communication with middle to senior level internal management is required. Key internal stakeholders include Sales Account Managers, Business Heads, Project Managers, Finance Business Partners, and functional leaders such as Logistics, SRM, and Service.
