Job Description
The Senior Software Tester – AI Capabilities will be responsible for validating and testing AI‑enabled functionality within mission‑critical enterprise applications. This role is 100% focused on testing and works closely with developers to ensure AI capabilities are reliable, performant, and production‑ready in complex, regulated environments.
This position is not a one‑off tester; it is a dedicated, embedded role supporting a growing team (initially two developers and one tester). The tester will be heavily involved in validating AI capabilities and AI platforms, requiring testing approaches that accommodate non‑deterministic behavior where the same inputs may not always produce the same outputs.
