(Senior) Total Rewards Expert

This role is part of a global Total Rewards team supporting international compensation structures across multiple regions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Continuously develop and enhance the global Compensation & Benefits strategy, driving modern and competitive reward approaches.
• Conduct job evaluations and further develop the job architecture and grading structures, actively contributing to the evolution of the job evaluation methodology.
• Perform in-depth compensation analysis and manage both internal and external benchmarking to ensure transparency and market competitiveness.
• Design and manage the annual salary budget and salary review process, working closely with HR, Finance, and senior management.
• Design and implement modern variable compensation programs (STI / LTI) and other reward initiatives, ensuring their continuous improvement.
