This role is part of a global Total Rewards team supporting international compensation structures across multiple regions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop and enhance the global Compensation & Benefits strategy, driving modern and competitive reward approaches.
- Conduct job evaluations and further develop the job architecture and grading structures, actively contributing to the evolution of the job evaluation methodology.
- Perform in-depth compensation analysis and manage both internal and external benchmarking to ensure transparency and market competitiveness.
- Design and manage the annual salary budget and salary review process, working closely with HR, Finance, and senior management.
