- Compensation & Rewards Strategy
- Design and implement a global rewards program covering all countries and employee groups.
- Ensure market competitiveness through regular benchmarking, salary surveys, and external market analysis.
- Develop compensation structures, salary bands, bonus schemes, and reward mechanisms aligned with the company’s business strategy.
- Establish clear, standardized compensation processes across all countries, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance.
