About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, data‑driven Senior Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be located in and work standard business hours within the Eastern Time Zone.

You’ll serve as the organization’s subject‑matter expert across all areas of Total Rewards, ensuring our programs are competitive, compliant, scalable, and aligned with our people strategy.
