A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Senior Training/Education Manager, the successful incumbent will execute an effective strategy for Health Care Professionals (HCP) and Internal Training & Education (T&E) within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Operational Unit (OU). The focus will be on promoting the Medtronic (MDT) brand and therapies, with a particular emphasis on AFFERA and PulseSelect products. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safe and effective utilization of Medtronic CAS technologies by HCPs through external education initiatives.
• Delivering comprehensive internal education programs for employees, including Technical Consultants (TC).
• Providing expert-level technical support to new centers during the launch of AFFERA and PulseSelect technologies. This includes direct case support and certifying new mappers to ensure successful adoption.
