Building capability of 'Customer Facing Team/CFT' (Sales Rep,FLM,SLM &TM) to achieve organizational goals. Transforming Effective/Classic field force to Orchestrator Role. Foster a culture of self learning in Boehringer Ingelheim India and Export Market (BNS).
Tasks & Responsibilities
Build capability of CFT on Disease,Product,Commercial and soft skills to provide exceptional customer experience with Boehringer Ingelheim.
Improve In-Clinic Effectiveness, Crisp & Precise communication, Adaptability of CFT to engage customer effectively in different situation with an effective use of Hybrid CEM.
Develop robust Onboarding and sustainability program with an optimum use of Macro & Micro Learning content. Transform classic/effective field force to orchestrator role.
Strengthen coaching culture and required capability of FLM/SLM.
