Job Summary
The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that support employee capability building and organizational growth. This role manages end-to-end training initiatives, including curriculum development, training delivery, learning effectiveness measurement, and continuous improvement of training programs across technical, functional, and non-technical areas.
The role serves as a subject matter expert in learning and development, providing guidance, coaching, and support to stakeholders while ensuring training strategies align with business objectives and organizational priorities.
