Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a senior-level Corporate Transaction Paralegal with at least 10 years of corporate paralegal experience to support a sophisticated transactional practice. This is a highly visible, in‐office role supporting multiple attorneys and working closely with the transaction team on complex mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, and commercial real estate matters. This position reports directly to a Senior Lead Attorney and offers the opportunity to work on high-level, complex transactions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
