Job Description & Requirements
. Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
. Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
. Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
. Handing of technical and engineering problems
. Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
. Prepare report and method statement for site activity
. Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep the site safer and neat
. Supervise ongoing site activities closely
Requirements
. At least 8 year relevant experience in construction projects
. BCSS certificate
. May be required to work overtime when necessary...
