Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency .
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries .
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs .
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and best practices .
