• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and brokers across Latin America and Iberia
• Represent Ageas Re in the market through client visits, conferences, and industry events
• Build in‑depth understanding of regional market dynamics, cedants’ underwriting practices, and competitive landscape
• Act as a key regional contact and spokesperson for Credit & Bond reinsurance
• Analyze, evaluate, and underwrite C&B reinsurance submissions, including:
• Cedant financials and portfolio performance
• Country, sector, and credit risk
• Product structure and underlying exposures
• Negotiate and price complex reinsurance contracts in line with underwriting guidelines
• Apply strong technical judgement to ensure profitable and disciplined underwriting decisions
