Job Description

Scope of Work – User‑Centred Design Services

Provision of User‑Centred Design (UCD) as a service to support the SSEN Transmission Digital Programme across multiple value chains and projects. The service embeds a consistent, holistic user‑centred approach across the full delivery lifecycle, providing both strategic oversight and hands‑on delivery.

Core Activities

• User research (qualitative and quantitative)
• Translation of insight into journeys, personas, prototypes and opportunity maps
