Overview
As a Senior UX Designer at Northrop Grumman UK, you will design high‑quality artefacts to support features defined in our prioritised roadmap. You will protect our national security through software applications in an Agile environment, collecting data, analysing it, and enabling customers to make information‑aware decisions.
Role responsibilities
- Confidently explain and present design choices to varying audiences
- Create artefacts that support the lean process, including wireframes, prototypes, customer journey maps, testing, and research
- Lead development of those features, ensuring work is consistent and fulfils design aims
- Lead small teams, being accountable for the quality of delivery
- Facilitate workshops to build collaboration between project team members
- Liaise with Product Owners and project stakeholders to deliver the desired user experience
