Senior Utility Design Engineer – Overview As a member of the Municipal Infrastructure team within the Civil Engineering, Design and Project Management Division for Canada, you will work in a collaborative, fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, supporting the delivery of major Transit Rail and civil infrastructure projects.

Your Role

Lead the design and development of municipal utility systems including watermain, sanitary, stormwater, and associated infrastructure.

Oversee preparation and review of engineering drawings, plans, profiles, specifications, and reports.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, technologists, and designers.

Manage utility coordination, including stakeholder engagement, clash detection, and conflict resolution.

Ensure designs comply with municipal standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
