I'm working with a product-led business that has spent the last 12 months investing heavily in its Product and Technology function. Following the successful growth of the UX team, they're now looking to hire a Senior UX Designer to help raise the bar even further.

You'll still be hands-on.

You'll still be conducting research, designing journeys, validating hypotheses and measuring commercial outcomes.

But you'll also become a mentor, reviewer and trusted voice across Product and Engineering.
