6+ years’ experience driving complex, user-centred research or service-design initiatives

End-to-end mastery of mixed-method research (qualitative & quantitative) on web, mobile apps and physical touchpoints

Proficiency with research & testing platforms (UserTesting, Maze, FullStory, Hotjar, A/B, surveys, data analytics)

Track record converting research findings into actionable product roadmaps validated by measurable KPIs

Business-fluent English and strong storytelling for global stakeholders
