What you will be doing:
+ Lead project validation efforts in the lab, ensuring flawless execution and outstanding results.
+ Interact with multidisciplinary teams to monitor validation progress and successfully guide team members.
+ Report progress and determine the best course of action to leadership on validation resourcing and equipment.
+ Set up and manage debug meetings to strictly adhere to project timelines and objectives.
+ Help project team anticipate issues and develop solutions to let the team succeed.
