About the Role
We’re hiring a high performance Video Editor who understands that editing is about results, not just aesthetics. You don’t just “make it look good.” You make it perform. You think in hooks, retention, pacing, and conversions. You care about brand consistency but aren’t afraid to challenge ideas and improve the brief. You’re proactive, opinionated (in a good way), and take full ownership of your work. You’ll work closely with the Category + Marketing team to craft high-performing short-form / long-form / branded content that drives engagement, retention, and growth - while elevating the brand’s visual identity.
