Blockchain is seeking a Senior VIP Customer Success Associate to join our global Customer Success team. You will own complex issues end-to-end, build lasting relationships with high-value users, and supervise contractor support agents handling VIP tickets during US hours.

You will report to the Director of Customer Operations and collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery for our highest-value customers.
