Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer / Visual Designer with strong creative and execution skills to develop high-quality visual assets across branding, retail, digital, motion, and marketing touchpoints. This role requires a designer with solid design craft, attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into impactful visual solutions. The ideal candidate is experienced in working across cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and leveraging AI creative tools to support ideation, workflow efficiency, and content production.

This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and follows a hybrid work model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).
