Role purpose

Senior engineering lead for the Avaya → Teams Phone migration — tenant configuration, lab SBC build, third-party integrations and pilot execution.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Teams tenant for voice — policies, dial plans, routing.
• Build lab SBC for Direct Routing validation; execute ATPs.
• Coordinate the AudioCodes SBC rack/stack/patch/onboard across 11 sites (with Park Place partner).
• Lead the Singapore Pilot site cutover and subsequent waves.

Required experience and qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Teams Phone / Direct Routing engineering.
• AudioCodes SBC operational experience.
• Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry — financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy or similar — including familiarity with change control, audit and compliance constraints.
