Position Summary

The role of a Senior Warehouse Supervisor leads and supports the warehouse operations for a Martin Brower’s Canada Distribution Centre. In this 24‑7 multi‑temp environment, this position is responsible for achieving safety, service and finance goals through continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and leadership of the warehouse supervisory team and warehouse employees.

Responsibilities

Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and administer cost‑effective operational schedules about 3‑4 times per year
• On‑going warehouse employee/inventory control/supervisor training
• Ensure that the department achieves operational goals (monthly, quarterly and yearly)

Financial Responsibilities

• Monitor and control variable departmental costs on a daily/weekly basis
• Review and approval of weekly payroll
