Position Summary

The role of a Senior Warehouse Supervisor leads and supports the warehouse operations for Martin Brower’s Canada Distribution Centre. In this 24‑7 multi‑temp environment, the position is responsible for achieving safety, service and finance goals through continuous improvement initiatives, innovation and leadership of the warehouse supervisory team and employees.

Responsibilities

Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Operations

• Develop and administer cost‑effective operational schedules approx. 3‑4 times per year
• On‑going warehouse employee/inventory control/supervisor training
• Responsible to ensure that department achieves operational goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly basis)

Financial Responsibilities

• Monitor and control variable departmental costs on a daily/weekly basis
• Review and approval of weekly payroll
