This role focuses on implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Zuora Billing and its integrations, particularly with Salesforce. Configure, customize, and maintain Zuora Billing, including product catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, invoicing, taxation, payments, and related workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to support and optimize the SaaS subscription and order-to-revenue lifecycle.
