The incumbent supports the Institution Lead to create and sustain a safe and healing environment for patients, staff, and the public. The role safeguards against regulatory delays, workplace hazards, and reputational risk by embedding compliance, resilience, and safe design principles into the hospital’s DNA. It also supports the emergency preparedness division to ensure the infrastructure and systems are in place for crisis response.
