As SEO Manager at Orius, you will lead organic search and AI engine optimisation (GEO/AEO) across a portfolio of client accounts — spanning ecommerce brands, D2C labels, B2B companies, and consumer brands. This is a hands‑on, execution‑first role: you will be the one doing the audits, running the keyword research, writing the strategy docs, pulling the reports, and managing the roadmaps. You are not here to manage a team of practitioners — you are the practitioner.
At the same time, you will help establish how Orius structures and delivers this service — building the playbooks, templates, and processes that make the practice consistent and scalable as we grow. Think: someone who is equally comfortable opening Screaming Frog at 9 am and presenting a quarterly strategy to a client at 3 pm.
