The Server and Cloud Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s day-to-day server and cloud operations. This includes maintaining Windows and Linux servers, assisting with virtualization platforms, supporting Microsoft 365 services, and helping manage Active Directory/Entra ID and backup systems. The role focuses on monitoring, incident response, routine maintenance, and documentation to ensure system stability, security, and performance across on‑premise and cloud environments.
