About the role
We’re seeking a Server Engineer to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited too; Service Requests, Severity 2 and 3 Incidents and Incident response times to name a few.
Skills & Experience
Hands-on technical experience with both Windows Server and Desktop Operating SystemsTroubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood working knowledge of NTFS security in an enterprise environment and migrations of large data setsExtensive experience with Group Policy including Windows Desktop lockdowns, drive mappings and preference itemsUnderstanding IT Service Management conceptsAbility to apply ITIL v3 Foundation concepts within the workplaceSound knowledge of multi-forest Active DirectoriesAbility to work in a hybrid environment, solid tro...
