Your day at NTT DATAThe Server Engineer (L2) is responsible for handling Level 2 technical incidents and service requests related to server and infrastructure systems. The role focuses on incident analysis, troubleshooting, escalation support, and system stability, ensuring services meet defined SLA.Key Responsibilities:

Handle L2 incidents and requests escalated from L1 or received directly via Hotline

Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to OS, servers, virtualization, network connectivity, and system services
