Who You Are

You care deeply about genuine hospitality and can deliver polished, warm service in a high-volume, high-touch environment. You’re detail-oriented, team-first, and excited by food, wine, and culture.

• 2+ years serving experience in NYC preferred
• Strong understanding of steps of service and floor presence
• Knowledgeable and curious about wine (natural wine interest a plus)
• Calm under pressure; clear communicator
• Full availability, including nights/weekends
