**Position Summary**

This role is responsible for the development of new business opportunities within an assigned geography, enhancing and contributing to the overall increase of market share, revenue and profitability consistent with the sales strategy.

**Position Details**

+ Primarily responsible for growing our overall service business by prospecting in assigned market territory to develop and cultivate new “existing building” “owner direct” customers. Assigned accounts are generally larger, more complex accounts that may cross multiple verticals/areas. Invoicing agreements accurately and on schedule
+ Sells new service maintenance agreements and truck-based service & project work.
