Qualifications:

+ ASE Certification required (minimum of 2 current certifications preferred).

+ 3+ years experience is a must but 5+ year is preferred in a dealership or independent repair environment.

+ Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, safety systems, and drivability issues.

+ Excellent communication skills—must be able to translate complex repair needs into easy-to-understand terms.
