Job Purpose The role holder is responsible to be the ambassador for the aftersales department, rendering quality service by facilitating the function of the Service Centre to ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities - Effectively receives customers, fully observing NSSW standards on all aspects, from vehicle receiving until vehicle delivery.
- Secure needed vehicle information and documents from customer, especially Warranty booklet during the first service. Verify the vehicle and customer details and update on the system, especially for the vehicles coming for the first time, i.e., for first service.
- Prepare all the necessary documentation as per AS-DOS standards.
- Discuss and get the consent of the customer for the needed repair/service including the charges and the expected work completion.
