Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical Related Work
• Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company.
• Able to communicate and empathize with clients
• Basic understanding of appointment setting; the concept of follow up
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Results-Oriented; Drivers License is a plus
