Receive customer vehicles and prepare accurate job cards. Understand customer concerns and coordinate with the workshop team for timely repairs. Monitor work progress and keep customers informed of repair status. Coordinate estimates, approvals, and vehicle delivery. Requirements Diploma or B.Tech in a relevant field 34 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor in the heavy commercial vehicle segment Benefits Salary: AED 7,000/month
