About the role:

Based in Dublin 12 , fulltime onsite Monday to Friday, this role includes:

·Providing the end to end service of a customer vehicle service journey

§ Meeting and greeting all service customers 

§ Scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, walk-in

§ Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair work

§ Maintaining up to date progress on each of your customer vehicles when undergoing service and/or repair,

§ Advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs

§Handing the serviced vehicle over at the agreed day/time, explaining the work completed and processing payment.
