SERVICE ADVISOR Chastang Ford - The Ford Truck Experts As one of Houston’s fastest-growing Ford dealerships, we are expanding our service department to ensure that we deliver the experience that our clients expect.

We are adding an additional Service Advisor to our team because quite frankly, we do not have enough manpower to ensure each client receives the level of engagement they desire in addition to the stress that it creates for our team who wants to deliver that experience to every client. As a Ford Truck Center, 95% of our service business is commercial so our advisors must be adept at building relationships with drivers and decision-makers.

They are often frequently asked technical questions, so our advisors need to be able to communicate well with the technicians.

The pay for this position is salary plus commission and we pay Bi-Weekly.
