Position Overview

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company based in Poole who is seeking an experienced Service Advisor.

Working alongside the service, parts and technician teams, you will be a key member at the heart of our client’s operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Controlling all functions on a busy service desk
Taking payments
Scheduling booking & appointments
Raising job cards
General administration
Personal Requirements:
Excellent telephone manner
Confident with I.T
Knowledge of the automotive industry is essential

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1800. Every third Saturday morning 0800-1200, so flexibility is essential.
