Service Advisor Responsibilities As a Service Advisor your responsibilities will include: Meet and Greet Customers. Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle. Accurate completion of courtesy car insurance paperwork. Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed.
