Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide basic information about the company to clients and guests
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Coordinate with other departments when needed
