Functional Analyst role for IT application support and maintenance
The candidate is responsible for daily application support, system and batch job monitoring, SSL certificate renewals, vendor management and contract renewals, manage network penetration testing and overall system maintenance
Liaise with stakeholders from public healthcare institutions, vendors, internal integration teams and management for reporting and support
Manage deployments outside office hours
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in IT application support and maintenance
Hands-on expertise in MS SQL, application troubleshooting, interface management, .NET applications development and support
Experience in vendor management and contract renewals
