Volkswagen Midtown Toronto is currently looking for a Service BDC Representative to add to their team in Toronto. Volkswagen MidTown Toronto is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As a Service BDC Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department by delivering outstanding customer service and assisting clients with their inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service needs.

Our BDC team helps transform customer inquiries, concerns, and service reminders into meaningful appointments and lasting relationships. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll be an essential part of creating a positive experience and contributing to the continued success of Volkswagen Midtown Toronto.

Compensation: $18 to $21 per hour, plus a department monthly bonus.
