Service Consultant

Location: Rio Sur, Medellin, Colombia – 100% onsite.

This position is responsible for successful consulting project delivery in support of both internal and external customers. The role can take on many aspects from acting as a technical lead for solution implementations to providing best industry practices to customers on new products for their business. It will work closely with Project Management, Product Management, and Support to provide best in class service for customers. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a professional, courteous and customer‑service focused attitude at all times.
