Position Overview

Service Consultant (TCM/ Wellness Consultant) Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the center day to day sales and operations and ensure the clinic environment is clean, calm, and welcoming.
  • Understand customer needs by recommending appropriate TCM services.
  • Provide basic information about treatments and practitioners.
  • Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up sessions.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for TCM practitioners.
  • Attend to client inquiries, complaints, feedback and administer service recovery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting treatments and products.
Operational Support & Administration
  • Help clients fill out health questionnaires or consent forms.
