Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Service Contracts Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on enhancing customer retention through the effective management and execution of Service Maintenance Contracts (SMCs). You will be responsible for ensuring smooth SMC transactions, monitoring purchase trends, and providing insightful analyses to optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the SMC package database, ensuring packages are ready for processing within 24 hours of request and refreshed weekly.
• Offer frontline support through the Service Contracts Service Desk, handling contract transfers, terminations, refund requests, and reinstatements.
• Develop pricing schedules for Repair Maintenance Contracts (RMCs) and secure approvals within 48 hours of request.
