Job Title: Service Controller (Major Accounts) β Johannesburg
Job Description:
Join a high-performing service control centre focused on managing breakdowns and scheduling services within company KPIs. Ensure professional customer handling, timely technician dispatch, and complete customer satisfaction follow-ups. Oversee the servicing of contract, STH, and PMA machines as per manufacturer guidelines and ensure all jobs are 100% completed. Identify additional repair needs and support contract/regional managers and parts coordinators in obtaining valid orders.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
1 year of service admin or call centre experience
Computer skills (email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Deadline-driven and works well under pressure
