1836 HD is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage the daily flow of operations across our shop and mobile service divisions. This role is responsible for scheduling, customer communication, estimates, payment collection, and maintaining accurate service records to ensure jobs are completed efficiently from intake to completion.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers—handling inbound calls, texts, and emails, gathering key information, and coordinating service requests with technicians.
