Major Job Functions:

  • Verify service request details, confirm credit approval, apply marketing programs, and review service history.
  • Open work orders, and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records in various systems to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
  • Support Service Supervisors during repair execution, ensuring updates in SRT, CRT, SWIP Tool, OEM Exchanger and M3.
  • Complete work order adjustments, SG&A forms, warranty and goodwill documentation, and escalate risks as needed.
  • Schedule and participate in Pre, Mid, and Post job meetings, capturing action items and updating commitment dates.
  • Arrange transportation, hotshots, and third-party contractor services, including documentation and procurement requests, as required.
